This is an old Plasticville house that was seriously kit bashed to install along the tracks and at the Kankakee River.  This is similar to the real house that sits at this location.  I reduced the width of the house to fit the space.  I also modernized the second story windows and added a room where the model had a deck above the garage.  I provided an interior and also added lighting to the exterior doors and upstairs 'family room'.   The room above the garage has no windows and it is my story that it houses a model train layout. :-)  I used a different LED light to simulate fluorescent lights in the garage.  A stair way off the back patio leads to a dock on the Kankakee River.
